It's not difficult, but starting the process does require that you make contact with the clergy and/or the church office at (252) 441-5382 .

E ach new member brings a treasure that reflects upon the whole body and membership. Our worship leads us to confess our sins, be renewed in the faith and to serve our Lord with joy!

Anyone who attends St. Andrew's may request to be listed as a 'Member." Anyone who is baptized in the Christian faith regardless of denomination is eligible to be listed as a "Baptized Member." Anyone who has not been baptized and desires to be should speak with the clergy and request instruction for Holy Baptism . We have baptism for adults, children and infants, one should ask the clergy for assistance in these matters.

To become a "Communicant" with full recognition (voting rights and serving as Lay Leaders) one takes an Enquirer's Class ( A dults) or Confirmation Class (Youth). When the bishop makes his visitation (usually annually), those who have been prepared may be either Confirmed or Received into the Episcopal Church. Again, the clergy will gladly assist with questions related to becoming a Communicant.

For more information regarding membership in both St. Andrew's and the Episcopal Church, click here and download a pdf document with more details or contact the Rector at (252) 441-5382.
