Saint Andrew's By-the-Sea is a Christian family whose mission is to worship God, to proclaim God's love in Christ by word and deed, to nurture spiritually a diversified parish and to serve others in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

What Does the Church Need?
First and foremost, we need YOU! Each and every member, be they newcomer or long-timer, is needed. Together we can work to change lives and encourage others with the joy of Christ working through us. The change toward which we all aim is to be more Christ-like as we live out the expectation of our Lord that we shall love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength, and love our neighbors as ourselves.

In order for this growth to be nurtured and encouraged:

·  St. Andrew's needs a youth minister, a full time priest associate whose role will be specifically to build and strengthen programs for young families, and for newcomers.

·  Our church has a talented and hard-working staff: clergy, music director, parish administrator, bookkeeper, cleaning crew, and nursery keepers. All are essential to the ministry and well-being of our mission.
